Whether you're just starting out or already hold a license, we want to talk to you. We're hiring for our full operator team — from Operator Trainee (D) all the way up to Licensed Operator A, B, or C.
New to the field? If you've got mechanical aptitude, lab/testing skills, or any mix of the two — and the drive to learn — we'll train you toward your Colorado Wastewater Operator license.
Already licensed? Bring your A, B, or C credentials and step right in. We'll match the role to your experience.
Either way, you'll join a team that keeps our community's water safe and gives you room to grow.
What you bring:
- A team-first attitude
- Mechanical and/or laboratory skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- A current CO Wastewater Operator license (A–C) or the willingness to earn your D within your first year.
Hiring Salary Range: $54,649 - $98,802
