Did you know that you have an investment in your property that is hidden from view?  Your sewer service line runs from your home to the St. Vrain Sanitation District main lines (see diagram). You as a homeowner are responsible for the proper cleaning, repair, and cost of your line.  Failure to maintain your line could result in a blockage, flooding your basement and your neighbors.  At some point, you may have to replace the service line from the house to the main line. This is especially true with older lines, so be aware of your responsibility and ensure the health and safety of your sewer service lines.  If you have questions, please call the District Inspector (303) 682-4684.
