  • Request a Will Serve Letter
  • Non-Residential Waste Survey
  • Construction Documents (Civil and Plumbing) 
  • Easement Agreements (if necessary)
  • Plan Review Fee ($360)
  • Petition for Inclusion (if necessary)
  • Recorded Final Plat 
  • Grease or Sand/Oil Interceptor (if pretreatment is necessary)
  • Sewer Service Agreement
  • Proof of Water Meter Size 
  • Receipt of all applicable fees
  • Payment of the main line inspection fee
